CAPES hereby reminds all registered Private Employment Agencies (PEA) and Temporary Employment Services (TES) that the Annual Placement Report (APR) for the 2025 reporting period is due for submission to the Department of Employment and Labour (DEL) by 24 April 2026.
Submission of the APR is a statutory requirement in terms of the Skills Development Act No. 97 of 1998 and Regulation No. 608 of 2000 (sub-regulation 5(12)), and forms part of ongoing compliance obligations associated with DEL registration.
Failure to submit by the stipulated deadline may impact both legislative compliance and continued membership with recognised industry associations.
