TESD members are reminded that all levy-paying employers are required to submit their Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) to Services SETA for the current reporting cycle.
The submission period covers training conducted from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026, with the final submission deadline set for 30 April 2026 at 24:00. Employers are strongly encouraged to submit well in advance of the deadline to avoid potential system delays or last-minute compliance challenges.
Submitting your WSP and ATR is not only a regulatory requirement but also enables qualifying employers to access Mandatory Grant funding, which may include a refund of a portion
of the Skills Development Levy, subject to full compliance.

Employers are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the system in advance and ensure all documentation is prepared prior to submission.
Early preparation and thorough documentation remain key to a smooth and successful submission process. TESD members are encouraged to treat this as both a compliance requirement and an opportunity to align skills development initiatives with organisational goals.
