We are committed to bolstering the TES industry by strictly operating according to a code of ethics and upholding labour legislation to ensure both employers and employees rights are respected.

All our new members are given an opportunity to comply with all the accreditation criteria within their first 12 months of membership. An accredited member has successfully undergone the accreditation process and has been issued with an accreditation certificate valid for a year.

Keeping compliant with relevant legislation and Bargaining Council Agreements is essential for temporary service providers. The TESD encourages members’ self-regulation and stays abreast with the latest legislative developments upholding good governance and implementing industry requirements.

The TESD is affiliated with The Confederation of Association in the Private Employment Sector (CAPES) which participates in activities vital to the future existence of the TES Industry. The Constructional Engineering Association of South Africa (CEASA) is also an affiliate of the TESD. Along with these important ties to the industry, the TESD undertakes to promote and advertise all accredited members through a variety of platforms and forums at its disposal.
