CAPES: Annual Review 2023

2023 has been a very busy year and most are looking forward to a break over the festive season. CAPES and our representatives have, as always, been hard at work representing the industry on various forums. Our goal is to raise the profile of the industry and to ensure that any legislative or other regulatory restrictions are fair and take into consideration the flexible nature of today’s agile labour markets and the important role our industry plays in facilitating transitions.
CAPES can be very proud of its reach in many high-profile forums, including NEDLAC, Employment Services Board, Employment Equity Commission, Employment Conditions Commission, National Skills Authority, Services SETA, etc.
Our committed representatives spend countless hours representing organised business and seek to influence the landscape to drive greater flexibility and global competitiveness.
