SEIFSA: Exemption Applications for the Leave Enhancement Pay / Leave Bonus

This webinar is aimed at companies considering applying for an exemption from paying the Leave Enhancement Pay (LEP) or Leave Bonus.
In terms of Section 14 of the Main Agreement, every employee is entitled to LEP calculated at 8.33% of actual earnings, excluding allowances, based on the employee’s normal ordinary hours worked. Employers who wish to apply for exemption must follow the proper application process within the specified timeframe.
Deadline for exemption applications is 31 October 2025.
